our tax pays for wars and all sorts of bullshit - since the day we are born we are locked into this system whether we agree with it or not... that is what this song is about. 
the constraints, ropes, gag and prison style scene represents the slave/prison system we are born into, and also what happens to us if we refuse to contribute a portion of our money to a corrupt government that orchestrates (or takes part in) phoney and illegitimate wars. YOUR TAXES KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE! 

the intro animations are tax propaganda classroom films from 1954 & 1943 (disney). Still relevant today, although governments now are less truthful.
