On Saturday, October 13th, I am hosting an incredible evening with Charlie Hunnam, Ron Perlman, Golden Globe Award winner Katey Sagal, and all of Sons of Anarchy's outstanding cast to support One Heart Source, an orphanage and school for some of the world's most vulnerable children in an isolated village in Tanzania.
This fundraiser evening will be held in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 13, from 7pm to 10pm. All of our great cast will be there to mingle and take photos with you. Silent auction items include autographed memorabilia, lunch with Juice and I, a visit to the SOA set, and much more. This is a special evening raising funds for an incredible charity, and giving you unprecedented access to your favorite SOA actors. When SOA finished filming Season 4, my wife and I went to Tanzania to visit our daughter who was working as Education Director of the school. There we found our daughter happily living in a mud hut, teaching elementary school students, and fluently speaking Swahili. No electricity, no running water--but an amazing school with beautiful children. Many of these children are the first people in their village to be able to read. Once they are literate, they can continue studying in high school and college. An educated student from a rural village in Tanzania is an invaluable asset to the world. But they need our help.
This charity means so much to my family and I, as well as my Sons family, because everyday One Heart Source is changing lives in Tanzania through education. I hope you will join me and SOA's cast at our benefit for One Heart Source. Don't miss it.
